The Coronavirus pandemic has changed the way children and adults interact. Schools are now operating either fully virtual or hybrid, with social distancing mandated. The lack of in-person contact has meant that many non-profit organizations, like Girls Inc. of Westchester County, have had to alter the way they serve the girls in their program.

I have seen first-hand how truly impactful Girls Inc. Westchester is on the lives of the girls they serve - girls from all areas of our county and particularly those from under-served and under-resourced areas. Girls Inc. gives girls opportunities for experiences they otherwise would not have through social emotional, educational enrichment & college readiness programs, leadership development, confidence-building, STEM, and so much more.
