Girls Inc. of Westchester impacts the lives of the girls they serve, who come from all areas of Westchester County though predominantly from undeserved and under-resourced communities. Girls Inc. provides girls opportunities and experiences they otherwise would not have through educational enrichment, SAT prep programs, leadership development, confidence-building programs, STEM, as well as others.
Much of the funding for Girls Inc. is raised through the annual gala, held in April each year, which was postponed and converted to a virtual gala, as result of COVID-19. However, the social, emotional, and educational needs of the girls they serve remain, and given today’s circumstances, these needs are even greater.
It is for that reason, that I appeal to you for a tax-deductible donation of any amount to help this wonderful organization. With your support, Girls Inc, will be able to continue to provide the informative and inspirational programs that girls so desperately need.
